SmartestGuide for accommodation providers · Effective from 1 June 2025
I. Introduction
Provider: Native Hotel Guide s.r.o., Korunní 2569/108, Prague 10, Czech Republic, Company ID: 231 12 905
These Terms govern the rights and obligations of the Provider and the accommodation facility (Client) in connection with the rental and use of the SmartestGuide application — an AI concierge for hotel guests.
II. Pricing and payment
Monthly fee: €200 for hotels up to 100 beds; above 100 beds +€3/bed/month
Payments are processed automatically by card or bank transfer via the payment gateway
First 14 days free — trial period with no charge
Introductory pricing is maintained for the duration of continuous subscription
No activation or end-user licence fees
III. Client rights and obligations
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content uploaded to the app
Content must not be false, discriminatory, pornographic, violent or unlawful
The app may not be sublicensed, redistributed or used for other properties
The Client must protect administration access credentials
IV. Provider rights and obligations
The Provider operates the application on its own cloud infrastructure
The Provider may add new features over time (new features may be subject to additional charges)
The Provider collects anonymised usage data to improve the service
V. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for the accuracy of Client-uploaded content, technical outages caused by third parties, or loss of profit. Total Provider liability is limited to 3 monthly fees paid by the Client.
VI. Termination
Client: 1-month notice period (from the first day of the following month)
Provider: may terminate immediately upon material breach or payment default exceeding 14 days
VII. Guest terms
Guests use the app free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content (hotel information, recommendations) is managed by the hotel — the Provider does not warrant the accuracy of this content. For critical information (allergens, prices), we recommend verifying directly with hotel staff.
VIII. General provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
Disputes are resolved preferably amicably; otherwise by the competent courts of the Czech Republic
Changes to these Terms are communicated by email with 30 days' notice
